Nepal's youth in anger against China, demonstrated vigorously in Kathmandu

Kathmandu: There is a wave of anger in Nepal against the encroachment of China. In Nepal's capital Kathmandu, a youth organization affiliated to the Democratic Socialist Party led by Mahant Thakur on Tuesday staged a strong protest against China for allegedly encroaching on the country's land along the Nepal-China border.According to reports, around 200 members of the Democratic Youth Association, led by Dhwaj Man Moktan, demonstrated at Maitighar Mandala in the heart of Kathmandu city and waved posters that read 'Return our captured land'. The protesters also raised the demand that the government should make public the report of a committee set up to study alleged land encroachment by China from Limi Lapcha on the Nepal - China border to Hilsa in Humla district.
